Taiwan honored its Olympic athletes Friday (Aug. 16) with a parade. The procession, which began at the Presidential Office and ended at the Zhongxiao West Road overpass, drew crowds of cheering spectators.
The nation’s Olympic team had its second-best performance ever at the Paris Games, capturing two gold and five bronze medals.
