マタイの福音書 第6章
馬太福音 第六章
to be seen by them.
見せびらかそうとして。
為了要叫人看見。
Be careful not to practice
your righteousness before people.
人の前で善行をしないように
注意しなさい。
你們要小心，
不可將善事行在人的面前。
Otherwise.
さもなければ。
若是這樣。
you have no reward from your
Father who is in heaven.
天におられるあなたがたの
父から報いを受けることができません。
就不能得你們天父的賞賜了。
Therefore.
ですから。
所以。
when you give to the needy.
施しをるとき。
你施捨的時候。
do not sound a trumpet before you,
as the hypocrites do in the synagogues
and in the streets,
to be honored by people.
偽善者たちが人からほめられようと
会堂や通りでするように。
不可在你前面吹號，
像那假冒為善的人在會堂裡和街道上所行的，
故意要得人的榮耀。
Do not sound a trumpet
before yourself.
自分の前でラッパを
吹き鳴らしてはいけません。
不可在自己面前吹號。
Truly.
まことに。
我實在。
I say to you.
あなたがたに告げます。
告訴你們。
they have received
their reward in full.
彼らはすでに自分の報いを
受け取っているのです。
他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
But when you give to the needy.
あなたが施しをするときは。
你施捨的時候。
do not let your left hand
know what your right hand is doing.
右の手のしていることを
左の手にも知らせないようにしなさい。
不要叫左手知道右手所做的。
so that your giving
may be in secret.
あなたの施しを
隠れた所に留めるためです。
要叫你施捨的事行在暗中。
And then.
そうすれば。
這樣。
your Father who sees in secret.
隠れた所を見ておられるあなたの父が。
你父在暗中察看。
will reward you openly.
あなたに公然と報いてくださいます。
必在明處報答你。
And when you pray.
また祈るとき。
你們禱告的時候。
do not be like the hypocrites.
偽善者たちのようであってはいけません。
不可像那假冒為善的人。
for they love to
show themselves to people.
彼らは人に自分を見せようとして。
愛站在會堂裡和大街口上禱告，
故意讓人看見。
for they love to pray standing
in the synagogues and
on the street corners.
会堂や大通りの角に立って
祈ることを好むからです。
因為他們喜愛站在會堂和
街道轉角處禱告。
Truly.
まことに。
我實在。
I say to you.
あなたがたに告げます。
告訴你們。
they have received
their reward in full.
彼らはすでに自分の報いを
受け取っているのです。

But when you pray.
あなたが祈るときは。
你禱告的時候。
go into your inner room.
奥まった自分の部屋に入り。
要進你的內屋。
close the door.
戸を閉めて。
關上門。
and pray to your
Father who is in secret.
隠れた所におられるあなたの
父に祈りなさい。
禱告你在暗中的父。
And then.
そうすれば。
這樣。
your Father who sees in secret.
隠れた所を見
ておられるあなたの父が。
你父在暗中察看。
will reward you.
あなたに報いてくださいます。
必報答你。
And.
また。
還有。
when you pray.
祈るとき。
禱告時。
do not keep on babbling like pagans.
異邦人のように同じ言葉を
何度も繰り返してはいけません。
不可像外邦人，用許多重複的話。
for they think they will be heard
because of their many words.
彼らは言葉数が多ければ
聞き入れられると思い込んでいるのです。
他們以為話多了必蒙垂聽。
Therefore.
ですから。
所以。
do not be like them.
彼らを真似てはいけません。
你們不可效法他們。
for your Father.
あなたがたの父は。
因為你們的父。
before you ask Him.
あなたがたが求める前から。
在你們求他以前。
already knows what you need.
あなたがたに必要なものをすでにご
存じなのです。
你們所需用的，
你們的父早已知道了。
So.
だから。
所以。
you should pray like this.
あなたがたは次のように祈りなさい。
你們禱告要這樣說：
"Our Father in heaven.
『天におられる私たちの父よ。
「我們在天上的父：
hallowed be your name.
御名が崇められますように。
願人都尊你的名為聖。
your kingdom come.
御国が来ますように。
願你的國降臨。
your will be done on earth.
御心が天で行われるように。
願你的旨意行在地上。
as it is in heaven.
地でも行われますように。
如同行在天上。
Give us today our daily bread.
私たちに必要な日々の糧を。
我們日用的飲食。
Give us this day.
今日もお与えください。
今日賜給我們。
And forgive us our debts.
私たちの負い目をお赦しください。
免我們的債。
as we also have
forgiven our debtors.
私たちも自分に負い目のある
人々を赦しました。
如同我們免了人的債。
And lead us not into
temptation.
私たちを試みにあわせず。
不叫我們遇見試探。
but deliver us from
the evil one.
悪しき者からお救いください。
救我們脫離兇惡。
For yours is the kingdom
and the power and the glory.
国と力と栄光は。
因為國度、權柄、榮耀。
forever.
永遠にあなたのものだからです。
全是你的，直到永遠。
Amen."
アーメン。
阿們！」
If.
もし。
你們若。
you forgive others when
they sin against you.
あなたがたが人の過ちを赦すなら。
饒恕人的過犯。
your heavenly Father
will also forgive you.
あなたがたの天の父もあなたがたを
赦してくださいます。
你們的天父也必饒恕你們的過犯。
But.
しかし。
但是。
if you do not forgive others.
人を赦さないなら。
你們不饒恕人的過犯。
your Father will not
forgive your sins.
あなたがたの父もあなたがたの
過ちを赦してくださりません。
你們的父也必不饒恕你們的過犯。
When you fast.
断食するとき。
你們禁食的時候。
do not look somber as the
hypocrites do.
偽善者のように
暗い顔をしてはいけません。
不可像那假冒為善的人，
臉上帶著愁容。
for they disfigure their faces
to show others they are fasting.
彼らは断食していることを
人に見せようとして。
因為他們把臉弄得難看，
故意讓人看出他們在禁食。
they make their faces unsightly.
顔を見苦しくするのです。
故意叫人看出他們是禁食的。
Truly.
まことに。
我實在。
I say to you.
あなたがたに告げます。
告訴你們。
they have received
their reward in full.
彼らはすでに自分の報いを
受け取っているのです。
他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
But when you fast.
断食するときは。
你禁食的時候。
put oil on your head.
頭に油を塗り。
要梳頭。
and wash your face.
顔を洗いなさい。
洗臉。
So that.
それは。
不叫。
it will not be obvious to
others that you are fasting.
断食していることが人にではなく。
人不看出你禁食來。
but only to your Father,
who is unseen.
隠れた所におられるあなたの
父に見えるようにするためです。
只叫你暗中的父看見。
And then.
そうすれば。
這樣。
your Father who sees in secret.
隠れた所を
見ておられるあなたの父が。
你父在暗中察看。
will reward you.
あなたに報いてくださいます。
必報答你。
For yourselves.
自分のために。
為自己。
do not store up
treasures on earth.
地上に財宝を蓄えてはいけません。
不要為自己積攢財寶在地上。
where moths and
vermin destroy.
そこでは虫や錆で台無しになり。
地上有蟲子咬，能鏽壞。
and where thieves
break in and steal.
泥棒が穴をあけて盗み出します。
也有賊挖窟窿來偷。
Treasures.
財宝は。
財寶。
store up in heaven.
天に蓄えなさい。
要積攢在天上。
where moths and vermin
do not destroy.
そこでは虫も錆もつかず。
天上沒有蟲子咬，不能鏽壞。
and where thieves do not
break in and steal.
泥棒が穴をあけて
盗むこともありません。
也沒有賊挖窟窿來偷。
For where your treasure is.
あなたの財宝のある所には。
因為你的財寶在哪裡。
there your heart will be also.
あなたの心もあるからです。
你的心也在那裡。
The eye is the lamp of the body.
体のともし火は目です。
眼睛就是身上的燈。
Therefore.
ですから。
所以。
if your eyes are healthy.
もしあなたの目が健やかであれば。
你的眼睛若瞭亮。
your whole body will
be full of light.
全身が明るくなります。
全身就光明。
But.
しかし。
但是。
if your eyes are unhealthy.
目が悪ければ。
你的眼睛若昏花。
your whole body will
be full of darkness.
全身が暗くなります。
全身就黑暗。
If then the light within
you is darkness.
もしあなたの中にある
光が暗ければ。
你裡頭的光若黑暗了。
how great is that darkness!
その暗さはどれほどでしょうか。
那黑暗是何等大呢！
No one can serve two masters.
だれも二人の
主人に仕えることはできません。
一個人不能事奉兩個主。
Either you will hate the one
and love the other.
一方を憎んで他方を愛するか。
不是惡這個、愛那個。
or you will be devoted to the one
and despise the other.
一方を重んじて他方を
軽んじるかのどちらかです。
就是重這個、輕那個。
You.
あなたがたは。
你們。
cannot serve both God
and money.
神と富の両方に
仕えることはできません。
不能又事奉神，又事奉瑪門。
So.
だから。
所以。
I tell you.
あなたがたに言います。
我告訴你們。
what you will eat or
drink about your life.
命のことで何を食べようか
何を飲もうかと。
不要為生命憂慮吃什麼，
喝什麼。
or what you will
wear about your body.
また体のことで何を着ようかと。
為身體憂慮穿什麼。
do not worry.
思い煩ってはいけません。
不要憂慮。
Is not life more than food.
命は食べ物以上のもの。
生命不勝於飲食嗎？
and the body more than clothes?
体は着る物以上のもの
といえるではありませんか。
身體不勝於衣裳嗎？
Look at the birds of the air.
空の鳥を見なさい。
你們看那天上的飛鳥。
they do not sow.
種をまかず。
也不種。
or reap.
刈り入れもせず。
也不收。
or store away in barns.
倉に納めることもしません。
也不積蓄在倉裡。
And yet.
それでも。
然而。
your heavenly Father feeds them.
あなたがたの天の父は
養ってくださいます。
你們的天父尚且養活牠。
You are.
あなたがたは。
你們。
much more valuable than
birds, are you not?
鳥よりもはるかに
価値があるではありませんか。
不比小鳥貴重得多嗎？
Can any one of you.
あなたがたのうちだれが。
你們哪一個。
by worrying.
思い煩うことによって。
能用思慮。
add a single hour to your life?
自分の寿命をわずかでも
延ばすことができるでしょうか。
使壽數多加一刻呢？
And why do you worry
about clothes?
なぜ着る物のことで
思い煩うのですか。
何必為衣裳憂慮呢？
See how the flowers of
the field grow.
野のゆりがどうして
育つのかを考えなさい。
你想野地裡的百合花怎麼長起來。
They do not labor.
働きもせず。
它也不勞苦。
or spin.
紡ぎもしません。
也不紡線。
But.
しかし。
然而。
I tell you.
あなたがたに言います。
我告訴你們。
that not even Solomon
in all his splendor.
栄華を極めたソロモンでさえ。
就是所羅門極榮華的時候。
was dressed like one of these.
この花の一つほどにも
着飾ってはいませんでした。
他所穿戴的，
還不如這花一朵呢！
If that is how God clothes
the grass of the field,
which is here today and tomorrow
is thrown into the fire.
今日あっても明日は炉に
投げ込まれる野の草さえ。
你們這小信的人哪！
野地裡的草今天還在，
明天就丟在爐裡。
since God clothes them
like this.
神はこのように
装ってくださるのなら。
神還給它這樣的妝飾。
how much more will
He clothe you.
ましてあなたがたには。
何況你們呢！
will He not do even
more for you?
もっと良くしてくださらないはず
があるでしょうか。
難道神不更要照顧你們嗎？
O you of little faith.
信仰の薄い人たちよ。
你們這小信的人哪。
Therefore.
ですから。
所以。
what shall we eat?
何を食べるか。
吃什麼？
what shall we drink?
何を飲むか。
喝什麼？
what shall we wear?
何を着るかと言って。
穿什麼？
do not worry.
思い煩ってはいけません。
不要憂慮。
For all these things.
これらはすべて。
這都是。
the pagans run after.
異邦人が切に求めているものです。
外邦人所求的。
But.
しかし。
但是。
your heavenly Father.
あなたがたの天の父は。
你們的天父。
knows that you need
all these things.
これらのものがすべてあなたがたに
必要であることをご存じです。
你們需用的這一切東西，
你們的天父都是知道的。
But seek first
His kingdom and
His righteousness.
まず神の国と神の義を求めなさい。
你們要先求他的國和他的義。
And then.
そうすれば。
這些東西。
all these things.
これらのものはすべて。
都要。
will be given to you as well.
それに加えて与えられます。
加給你們了。
Therefore.
ですから。
所以。
do not worry about tomorrow.
明日のことを
思い煩ってはいけません。
不要為明天憂慮。
for tomorrow will worry
about itself.
明日のことは
明日自身が思い煩います。
因為明天自有明天的憂慮。
Each day has enough trouble
of its own.
一日の苦労はその日
一日だけで十分です。
一天的難處一天當就夠了。
