馬太福音 第五章

Jesus Seeing the crowds,

イエスはこの群衆を見て。

耶穌看見這許多的人，

he went up on the mountain,

山に登られた。

就上了山，

and when he sat down,

腰を下ろされると。

his disciples came to him.

弟子たちが近くに寄って来た。

門徒到他跟前來，

and taught them, saying:

教訓他們，說：

"Blessed are the 

poor in spirit,

「心の貧しい者は幸いです。

「虛心的人有福了！

for theirs is the 

kingdom of heaven.

天の御国はその人

たちのものだからです。

因為天國是他們的。

Blessed are those who 

mourn,

悲しむ者は幸いです。

哀慟的人有福了！

for they shall 

be comforted.

その人たちは

慰められるからです。

因為他們必得安慰。

Blessed are the 

meek,

柔和な者は幸いです。

溫柔的人有福了！

for they shall 

inherit the earth.

その人たちは地を

受け継ぐからです。

因為他們必承受地土。

Blessed are those who 

hunger and thirst 

for righteousness,

義に飢え渇く者は幸いです。

飢渴慕義的人有福了！

for they shall 

be satisfied.

その人たちは

満ち足りるからです。

因為他們必得飽足。

Blessed are the 

merciful,

あわれみ深い者は幸いです。

憐恤人的人有福了！

for they shall 

receive mercy.

その人たちはあわれみを

受けるからです。

因為他們必蒙憐恤。

Blessed are the 

pure in heart,

心のきよい者は幸いです。

清心的人有福了！

for they shall see 

God.

その人たちは

神を見るからです。

因為他們必得見神。

Blessed are the 

peacemakers,

平和をつくる者は幸いです。

使人和睦的人有福了！

for they shall be called 

sons of God.

その人たちは神の子

どもと呼ばれるからです。

因為他們必稱為神的兒子。

Blessed are those who are 

persecuted for 

righteousness sake,

義のために迫害

されている者は幸いです。

為義受逼迫的人有福了！

for theirs is the 

kingdom of heaven.

天の御国はその人

たちのものだからです。

因為天國是他們的。

Blessed are you

わたしのために。

人若因我

when others revile you

人々があなたがたをののしり。

辱罵你們，

and persecute you

迫害し。

逼迫你們，

and utter all kinds of 

evil against you 

falsely on my account.

ありもしないことで

悪口を浴びせるとき。

捏造各樣壞話毀謗你們，

Rejoice

あなたがたは幸いです。

你們就有福了！

Rejoice

喜びなさい。

應當歡喜

and be glad,

喜びおどりなさい。

快樂，

for your reward is 

great in heaven,

天においてあなたがたの

報いは大きいのですから。

因為你們在天上的賞賜是大的。

for so they persecuted 

the prophets who 

were before you.

あなたがたより前にいた

預言者たちを。

在你們以前的先知，

people persecuted in 

the same way.

人々はそのように

迫害したのです。

人也是這樣逼迫他們。

You are the 

salt of the earth,

あなたがたは地の塩です。

你們是世上的鹽。

but if salt has 

lost its taste,

もし塩が塩けをなくしたら。

鹽若失了味，

how shall its 

saltiness be restored?

何によって塩けを

取り戻すことができるでしょうか。

怎能叫它再鹹呢？

It is no longer 

good for anything

もう何の役にも立たず。

以後無用，

except to be thrown out

外に捨てられ。

不過丟在外面，

and trampled under 

people's feet.

人々に踏みつけられるだけです。

被人踐踏了。

You are the light of the world.

あなたがたは世の光です。

你們是世上的光。

A city set on a 

hill cannot be hidden.

山の上にある

do people light a lamp

and put it under a basket,

不放在斗底下，

but on a stand,

and it gives light

In the same way,

你們的光也當這樣

let your light 

shine before others,

あなたがたの光を

人々の前で輝かせなさい。

照在人前，

so that they may see 

your good works

人々があなたがたの

叫他們看見你們的好行為，

and give glory to your 

Father who is in heaven.

天におられるあなたがたの

父をあがめるようになるためです。

便將榮耀歸給你們在天上的父。

Do not think that 

I have come to abolish 

the Law or the Prophets;

わたしが来たのは

律法や預言者を

廃棄するためだと

思ってはなりません。

莫想我來要廢掉律法和先知。

I have not come 

to abolish them

廃棄するためではなく。

我來不是要廢掉，

but to fulfill them.

成就するために来たのです。

乃是要成全。

For truly,

まことに。

我實在

I say to you,

あなたがたに言います。

告訴你們，

until heaven and 

earth pass away,

天地が滅びうせない限り。

就是到天地都廢去了，

not an iota, 

not a dot, 

will pass from the Law

律法の中の一点一画でも

決してすたれることはありません。

律法的一點一畫也不能廢去，

until all is accomplished.

全部が実現します。

都要成全。

Therefore

ですから。

所以，

whoever relaxes one of 

the least of 

these commandments

これらの戒めの

最も小さいものを一つでも破り。

無論何人廢掉這

誡命中最小的一條，

and teaches others 

to do the same

またそうするように人々に

教える者は。

又教訓人這樣做，

will be called least 

in the kingdom of heaven,

天の御国で最も

小さい者と呼ばれます。

他在天國要稱為最小的。

but

whoever does them

それを行い。

無論何人遵行這誡命，

and teaches them

またそうするように

教える者は。

又教訓人遵行，

will be called great 

in the kingdom of heaven.

天の御国で偉大な者と

呼ばれます。

他在天國要稱為大的。

For

まことに。

我

I tell you,

あなたがたに言います。

告訴你們，

unless your righteousness

もしあなたがたの義が。

你們的義若不

exceeds that of the 

scribes and Pharisees,

律法学者やパリサイ人の

義にまさっていなければ。

勝於文士和法利賽人的義，

you will never enter 

the kingdom of heaven.

決して天の御国に入れません。

斷不能進天國。

You have heard that it was 

said to those of old,

『殺してはならない。

你們聽見有吩咐古人的話，說：

'You shall not murder; 

and whoever murders 

will be liable to judgment.'

人を殺す者はさばきを

受けなければならない』

と昔の人々に言われたのを。

『不可殺人』；又說：

『凡殺人的難免受審判。』

You have heard it.

あなたがたは聞いています。

（你們聽見了。）

But

しかし。

只是

I say to you that

わたしはあなたがたに

言います。

我告訴你們：

everyone who is 

angry with his brother

兄弟に向かって

腹を立てる者は。

凡向弟兄動怒的，

will be liable to judgment;

だれでもさばきを

受けなければなりません。

難免受審判；

whoever insults his 

brother will be liable 

to the council;

兄弟に向かって『能なし』

と言う者は。

最高議会に引き渡されます。

凡罵弟兄是拉加的，

難免公會的審斷；

whoever says, 

'You fool!'

『愚か者』と言う者は。

凡罵弟兄是魔利的，

to the hell of fire.

燃えるゲヘナに

投げ込まれます。

難免地獄的火。

So

ですから。

所以，

if you are offering your 

gift at the altar

祭壇の上に供え物

をささげようとしているとき。

你在祭壇上獻禮物的時候，

and there remember that 

your brother has 

something against you,

もし兄弟に恨

まれていることをそこで

思い出したなら。

若想起弟兄向你懷怨，

leave your gift 

there before the altar

供え物を祭壇の

前に置いたまま。

就把禮物留在壇前，

and go. First be 

reconciled to your brother,

まず行って兄弟と仲直りをし。

先去同弟兄和好，

and then come

それから戻って来て。

然後來

and offer your gift.

供え物をささげなさい。

獻禮物。

Come to terms quickly 

with your accuser

あなたを告訴する者とは。

你同告你的對頭，

while you are going 

with him to court,

一緒に行く途中で。

還在路上，

Come to terms quickly,

早く和解しなさい。

趕緊與他和息，

lest

恐怕

your accuser hand 

you over to the judge,

裁判官に引き渡し。

and you be put in prison.

I say to you,

you will never get out

I say to you that

我告訴你們，

everyone who looks at a 

woman with lustful intent

だれでも情欲を抱いて

女を見る者は。

凡看見婦女就動淫念的，

has already committed 

adultery with her in his heart.

すでに心の中で

姦淫を犯したのです。

這人心裡已經與她犯姦淫了。

If

もし。

若是

your right eye 

causes you to sin,

あなたの右の目

があなたをつまずかせるなら。

你的右眼叫你跌倒，

tear it out and 

throw it away.

えぐり出して捨てなさい。

就剜出來丟掉，

For it is better that 

you lose one of your members

体の一部を失っても。

寧可失去百體中的一體，

than that your whole 

body be thrown into hell.

全身がゲヘナに

投げ込まれないほう

がよいからです。

不叫全身下入地獄。

And if

もし。

若是

your right hand 

causes you to sin,

あなたの右の手

があなたをつまずかせるなら。

你的右手叫你跌倒，

cut it off and 

throw it away.

切り落として捨てなさい。

就砍下來丟掉，

For it is better that 

you lose one of 

your members

体の一部を失っても。

寧可失去百體中的一體，

than that your 

whole body go into hell.

全身がゲヘナに落

ちないほうがよいからです。

不叫全身下入地獄。

It was also said, 

'Whoever divorces his wife, 

let him give her a 

certificate of divorce.'

『妻を離縁する者は離縁状を与えよ』

と言われています。

又有話說：

『人若休妻，就當給她休書。』

But

しかし。

只是

I say to you that

わたしはあなたがたに言います。

我告訴你們，

everyone who

だれでも。

凡

divorces his wife, except 

on the ground of 

sexual immorality,

不品行以外の理由で

妻を離縁する者は。

休妻的，

若不是為淫亂的緣故，

makes her commit adultery,

妻に姦淫を犯

させることになります。

就是叫她作淫婦了；

and

また。

人若

whoever marries a 

divorced woman

離縁された女と

結婚する者も。

娶這被休的婦人，

commits adultery.

姦淫を犯すことになります。

也是犯姦淫了。

Again

また。

你們又聽見

you have heard that it was said to those of old, 

'You shall not swear falsely,

『偽りの誓いを立ててはならない。

有吩咐古人的話，說：

『不可背誓，

but shall perform to the 

Lord what you have sworn.'

主に対して誓ったことは。

所起的誓總要

but shall perform to the 

Lord what you have sworn.'

必ず果たせ』

と昔の人々に言われたのを。

向主謹守。』

You have heard it.

あなたがたは聞いています。

（你們聽見了。）

But

しかし。

只是

I say to you,

わたしはあなたがたに言います。

我告訴你們，

Do not take an oath at all,

決して誓ってはなりません。

什麼誓都不可起。

either by heaven,

天を指して誓

ってはなりません。

不可指著天起誓，

for it is the 

throne of God,

そこは神の王座だからです。

因為天是神的座位；

or by the earth,

地を指して誓

ってはなりません。

不可指著地起誓，

for it is his footstool,

そこは神の足台だからです。

因為地是他的腳凳；

or by Jerusalem,

エルサレムを指して

誓ってはなりません。

也不可指著耶路撒冷起誓，

for it is the city of 

the great King.

そこは大王の都だからです。

因為耶路撒冷是大君的京城；

And do not take an 

oath by your head,

あなたの頭を指して

誓ってもいけません。

又不可指著你的頭起誓，

for you

あなたは。

因為你

cannot make one hair 

white or black.

一本の髪の毛さえ

白くも黒くもできないからです。

不能使一根頭髮變黑變白了。

Let what you say be simply

だから。

所以，

Let what you say be simply

あなたがたは。

你們的話

'Yes' or 'No';

『はい』は『はい』。

是，就說是；

'Yes' or 'No';

『いいえ』は『いいえ』

と言いなさい。

不是，就說不是

anything more than this 

comes from evil.

それ以上のことは

悪い者から出るのです。

若再多說，

就是出於那惡者。

You have heard that it was said, 

'An eye for an eye and 

a tooth for a tooth.'

『目には目を。歯には歯を』

と言われたのを。

你們聽見有話說：

『以眼還眼，以牙還牙。』

You have heard it.

あなたがたは聞いています。

（你們聽見了。）

But

しかし。

只是

I say to you,

わたしはあなたがたに言います。

我告訴你們，

Do not resist the 

one who is evil.

悪い者に手向

かってはいけません。

不要與惡人作對。

But if anyone slaps you 

on the right cheek, 

turn to him the other also.

あなたの右の頬を

打つ者には左の頬も向けなさい。

有人打你的右臉，

連左臉也轉過來由他打；

And if anyone would 

sue you and take your tunic,

あなたを告訴して

下着を取ろうとする者には。

有人想要告你，

要拿你的裡衣，

let him have your 

cloak as well.

上着もやりなさい。

連外衣也由他拿去；

And if anyone forces 

you to go one mile,

あなたに一ミリオン

行けと強いる者とは。

有人強逼你走一里路，

go with him two miles.

二ミリオン行きなさい。

你就同他走二里；

Give to the one who 

begs from you,

求める者には与えなさい。

有求你的，就給他；

and do not refuse the one 

who would borrow from you.

借りたいと言う者を

断ってはなりません。

有向你借貸的，不可推辭。

You have heard that it was said, 

'You shall love your neighbor

『隣人を愛し。

你們聽見有話說：

『當愛你的鄰舍，

and hate your enemy.'

敵を憎め』

と言われたのを。

恨你的仇敵。』

You have heard it.

あなたがたは聞いています。

（你們聽見了。）

But

しかし。

只是

I say to you,

わたしはあなたがたに言います。

我告訴你們，

Love your enemies

自分の敵を愛し。

要愛你們的仇敵，

and pray for those 

who persecute you,

迫害する者のために

祈りなさい。

為那逼迫你們的禱告。

so that

それでこそ。

這樣

you may be sons of your 

Father who is in heaven.

天におられるあなたがたの

父の子どもになれるのです。

就可以作你們天父的兒子；

For he

父は。

因為他

makes his sun rise on the 

evil and on the good,

悪人にも善人にも

太陽を昇らせ。

叫日頭照好人，

也照歹人；

and sends rain on the 

just and on the unjust.

正しい者にも正しくない者にも

雨を降らせてくださるからです。

降雨給義人，也給不義的人。

For if you love those 

who love you,

自分を愛してくれる者を

愛したからといって。

你們若單愛那愛你們的人，

what reward do you have?

何の報いがあるでしょうか。

有什麼賞賜呢？

Do not even the tax collectors

取税人でも。

就是稅吏

do the same?

同じことをしている

ではありませんか。

不也是這樣行嗎？

And

また。

並且

if you greet 

only your brothers,

自分の兄弟にだけ

あいさつしたからといって。

你們若單請你弟兄的安，

what more are you 

doing than others?

どれだけまさったことをしたこ

とになるでしょうか。

比人有什麼長處呢？

Do not even the Gentiles

異邦人でも。

就是外邦人

do the same?

同じことをしている

ではありませんか。

不也是這樣行嗎？

You therefore

ですから。

所以，

must be perfect, as your 

heavenly Father

あなたがたの

天の父が完全であるように。

你們要完全

像你們的天父

is perfect.

完全でありなさい。

完全一樣。
